Two Tartes offers our clients full service catering; from specialized menus, assistance with any rental needs and full staffing.

Our goal is to create an atmosphere that allows you to feel like a guest at your own event!

Northwest Crab Cakes

Served with either pomegranate coulis or lemon garlic aioli

 

Balsamic Carpaccio

Rare beef tenderloin sliced thin, served on crostini with balsamic jelly and micro greens

 

Citrus Chicken Brochette

Marinated in fresh citrus juices & herbs then grilled finished with citrus reduction

 

Marinated Spanish Olives

Marinated in our own blend of herbs, garlic, olive oil & citrus juice.

Phyllo layers filled with sautéed spinach, onions, feta & toasted pine nuts, baked golden brown. Served with tzatziki sauce on the side.

Vine ripened grape tomatoes with fresh mozzarella and basil pesto drizzle.

Sautéed mushrooms, onions & garlic with gruyere cheese, baked on
